VP ADMISSIONS
Case Study
Challenge:
Our University client was celebrating the retirement of a long tenured, successful, and respected VP of Admissions. While they celebrated the success and legacy of their outgoing VP, the fear of the unknown and challenges ahead quickly filled the air. This search needed to be handled with extreme confidentiality and discretion, as the VP’s departure had not yet been announced. Yet it had to be the very best fit for this role to embrace the past and pivot towards the future.
Solution:
Ed-Exec, Inc. tapped their network of highly qualified individuals for this role. Because of the confidentiality and sensitivity of this hire it could only be shared with a select few individuals. They absolutely had to be the right fit from interview one. We completed an in-depth needs analysis to make sure we only presented candidates that would be “instant finalists”.
Result:
Search Open 45 Days. 3 Candidates Submitted (about 50 reviewed internally here at Ed-Exec, Inc. – our client never had to sort through them). 1 Hired. This was up against extremely formidable internal candidates. The University is now moving forward and setup for an incredible 2025.
Ed-Exec, Inc.
Is humble and grateful for the opportunity to have partnered on this search. Filling high level positions is a unique responsibility that has been bestowed upon us as it affects so many in a University System. We are thankful for their trust and proud of the results.
